Hellblazer

I just picked up the "All His Engines" graphic novel by Mike Carey. If you've never read a Hellblazer comic in your life, this hardcover gives a great introduction to the character of John Constantine.

I'm going to pick it up when it's a paperback. Hardbacks aren't worth the extra expense for me.

Carey has a definite handle on the character, and at this stage is challenging Ennis as my favourite Hellblazer scribe.

Just read the first two issues of the Hellblazer arc from new writer Denise Mina. I'm not familiar with her other work but it seems she did her homework, she writes a convincing Constantine. Like it thus far!
