Hawkman

I have always been intrigued by this character, but have not actually ever given his solo series a shot. I know it is not one of the more well known or publicized titles of the DCU, but that does not mean it is not a good read. Anyone read this, enoy it, or hate it.

I enjoy Hawkman very much. In fact, it is one of my favorite comics every month. It is a book that is consistenly good (like The Flash) and always keeps my interest. I suggest you give it a try. The first 14 issues of Geoff Johns' run is collected in tpb format. Also a good place to start would be with issue 28, that is when the new writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Justen Grey started. Another good place to start (if you don't want to go back to far) would be issue 35, the story arc that is going on right now.
