Alright out of all the villians who are suppose to join the society 6 are supposed to refuse.....place your bets people.

My money is on The Red Hood and Hush.

I definitely agree with Red Hood saying no. From everything that Winnick has said, Red Hood is going to become more like Batman, a vigilante but willing to take the risks and going farther to do what it takes than Batman... Hush, though? No idea. I don't know what Hush is about these days anymore, only read the Jeph Loeb-penned issues of Batman, then jumped ship, so I have no idea who Hush is now, if he's even Tommy Elliot. Will Joker join? Or will he even be asked? I'm thinking Black Hand wouldn't refuse, if he's even asked. He's definitely got a big axe to grind right now.

Would they ask Selina Kyle/Catwoman (if they need an expert thief, I guess they might ask her? I don't know how publicly-known it is by all DCU villains that she's dating Batman & protecting her corner of Gotham these days). Of course, if asked she would decline.
If they ask Lady Shiva, I think she'd say NO also.

Well considering that I think Cheshire is making an appearence, having Lady Shiva on board will make things interesting...they had quite a tusstle in Birds Of Prey: Sensei and Student.

1) Not sure about Joker....is he even alive.
2) Don't think Catwoman counts as a villian these days and while she and Batman are not dating they are definately still "friends with benefits"
3) Not sure if shiva counts as a villian, but I don't see any reason why she wouldn't join if asked....she has always been the mercenary type.

After the HUSH arc, in a later issue of CATWOMAN, Bruce & Selina were still enjoying each other's company between the sheets. I'm gonna go with that "friends with privileges" description. Seems like they still "check in" with each other from time to time.

As far as Shiva being a mercenary...it's true. But I don't recall seeing her do a lot of team-ups. Methinks she does not play nice with others, for the most part.
I think Joker's still alive. Beaten, broken, & pathetic...but alive.

This is not spoiler, just speculation. I think that Cheshire and Deadshot will refuse to join up based on the #2 cover. I will add to that Catman from the interview with Simone over at Newsarama (that might have spoilers so be warned). As for the other three, I am going with Zoom, Hush, and Joker, just because. As for Red hood I see him being an anti-hero, but not necesarily a villain. He may actually do some good things with the bad. So I will wait until further reading to decide on him.

I have three so far, the other three mean nothing to me Obviosuly we can see Catman, Deadshot, and I am pretty sure that is Cheshire in the back left. The other three, no idea, but look cool.
