So I was rereading countdown again for the umpteenth millionth time and I remembered something I read years and years ago.

Wasn't maxwell lord made into a robot because he had a disease or something? If so, how did he become human again? (i'm guessing it must have happaned before the character decided to make the superbuddies, in what must now be considered and evil attempt to get back into the superhero community to undoubtedly do something very bad that will never be talked about be cause the creators jumped ship)

He was still a cyborg when the whole Formerly Known as the JLA, Superbuddies thing came about. He just has human skin.

Is he still a cyborg in countdown then? I'd guess yes if he was in "formely known as justic league" but he has a nosebleed and the mind control power thing he had when he was human.

I guess so. Neither "Formerly" or the current "I Can't Believe..." storyarc have mentioned anything so far about him being made human again.

In fact, in Formerly, Manga Khan offered to turn him back, but ultimately he declined. Or didn't get a chance to answer. Either way.

My guess is that the answer will be revealled in the OMAC Project mini or at least the Infinite Crisis mini this Fall.
