1.) Prep? C'mon, Dogbert in a serious stomping. He's a genious. Then, I think Snoopy has more street smarts, though. But then, I read alot more Charlie Brown than I do Dilbert.

2.) I'm thinking without prep, Snoopy'd have a better chance. Snoopy's gotten pretty vicious over the years.

I think that with Prep Dogbert is going to win. He'd make a machine or something, hes like the freakin' Doctor Doom of cartoon dogs. Now on the flip side, I think that Snoops would win with no prep. I bet he rages when he gets all upset, like Wolverine.

Dogbert rules ALL over Snoopy in both scenarios. He's a billionaire genius with many resources at his disposal. What's Snoopy got on Dogbert? Nada, that's what, except height.

But honestly Sharky(from Eek the Cat) pwns them both easily.
