When on earth is Batman going to confront Deathstroke for impersonating him twice. He pretended to be Batman in Outsiders and was feeding Roy info on their targets. He later appeared as Batman in Teen Titans and took Dr. Light into custody.(back to the society) If I was Batman, I'd be pissed. I know he has a lot going on right now especially with the whole JLA mind wipped me ordeal. I would go ape**** for a fight between the two, but I think Deathstroke could take Bats down.
A part of me thinks Deathstroke is egging Batman into it. I hope that after Slade gets through screwing around with Ollie, that Black Mask will hire him to take out Batman.

From what I hear they confronted each other twice before, and deathstroke won both! Something about him specializing in killing and batman specializing in just fighting.

I think we'll see this fight during the crisis.

personally, I'd love to see those two go at it again. I'd also like to see Deathstroke vs. Nightwing again, for old time sake.

If they do go at it, I hope it's done well. I hope the combat is furious. Like "quoted and scanned for message board debates" furious.
Deathstroke and Bats have fought before? When was this? Nightwing fought him in the earlier issues of his own book. I think it was inside a boat. He had to use his arnis/escrima sticks just to get distance and get away.

Batman and Deathstroke fought in Deatshtroke's limited series (I own the # but I'd have to look it up) and in an issue of Detective Comics, from what I've heard. Just from what I've heard, in the Detective issue, it was actually Batman who won, ending up using Deathstroke's own blaster cane against him. In the first fight, that I own, Deathstroke and Batman went toe-to-toe, and after an extended, enjoyable HTH battle, Deathstroke won, but was clearly hurt and favoring his shoulder afterwards. So AFAIK they're even in track record, but Deathstroke's came off as physically superior, with Batman's cunning and gadgets maybe evening it up.

Jimmy, how old is the limitted series? That battle sounds awesome. I wonder if I can find those issues somewhere.

*Looks it up*
Deathstroke the Terminator#7, 1992. Written by Marv Wolfman, actually. Pretty good, long battle. They actually match strength at one point. Once Deathstroke finally gains the advantage, though, he administers a pretty vicious beat-down.

I think at this point Batman is looking forward to meeting up with him.
The reason Deathstroke won the first fight is (in Slades own words) You are not a killer I am.
Well something Batman knows now that he did not know then is Slade cant be killed and has meta healing.
in other words THE GLOVES ARE OFF.
He could not beat Hush because he held back because its Tommy.
The Red Hood the same reason.
Batman has been holding back for to long.
Deathstroke has been taunting him for to long.
Batman can go all out on Deathstoke and not have to worry about killing him, something Batman can rarely do.
I even think that when he done he might even smile about it.

Actually, Deathstroke's full quote from the first fight was "I'm stronger. Faster. And far more vicious. You've trained yourself to fight. I've trained myself to kill."
