Happened in JLA. Both eventually figured out it wouldnt work, but there were definately legitimate feelings between the two.

I THINK this is one of those times where the cartoon show influenced the comic. In JLU Batman and WW have had a kinda attraction since day one. JLA obsidian age is the stoyline where they kiss.

Well with Bruce and all of his issues, he probably has some kind of twisted oedipal complex, coupled with the fact that his outward overbearing attitude is mearly a cover to hide his insecurities and perhaps a relationship with WW may also fulfill some kind of masochistic domination fantasy...

As for Diana...she probably thinks Bruce has the stamina to keep up with her. ;)

Both were confused. And its been awhile, so I may mess some of this up. But basicly, Diana had to know, so she hooked herself up to some machine in the tower, that J'onn either built or recommended or something. It dug into Diana's mind and showed her all the possible outcomes of their union if it was to be. Basicly, it showed him dying years and years before her. Then they agreed to be friends. Short but sweet.

They did kiss in Trinity though, I was flicking through it um-ing n ah0ing as you do and there was this one page where Bats walks right up to Diana and kisses her, she didnt welcome it of course but they hadn't long met!

Anyways, yeah thats the show there's a difference. Yeah I think Supes and Bats are gonna become a couple soon, I mean they have one thing in common they both hate Diana for killing Max, and they're both crazy loons as of now.

Oh and I second your idea about Diana becoming a lesbian, she's been staring at Donna quite a bit lately, it would be interest to see where either of those romances lead, no not the bedroom we already know thats bound to happen...hopefully.
