Comics arent known for their basis in Science. This is obvious. But as heros go Batman has no powerd. But dose have Prowess.
Muscle and Bone Conditioning, honed reflexes, and is a little crazy. all you need to be a vigilante.
My question is how often dose, Nightwing, Batman, the birds of prey, Bat girl, and, Robin do the impossible?
We have all seen the olimpic games, the antics of Bruce Lee, Tony Jaa, and other martial artists. have the bat family violted the laws of physics beyond the scope of creative licens (along the lines of moving black holes and magnetising blood, cutting everying without a monomolecular edge wierd suff like that)
but more like Kenshin Humura stuff.

Well, they have all done things that are considered impossible. I've seen Batman avoid gunfire when its point blank range. That, for any human, is impossible. But he's done it so many times in the books, its normal for him.

Avoid lik bullet time matrix dodge. or avoid like he knockes the gun aside and turns his body away. The latter is indead possible.

The latter and the former. Although I believe the former explained as not so much him "dodging" bullets, but rather as him moving in such away as to make him extremely hard to hit. Most Marksmen have no problem shooting Batman unless he takes their gun away or has something to hide behind.
Also Batman is often shot but if the bullet doesn't do significant damage to his armor it is not drawn(till he gets back to the back cave and you can see him taking off the damaged armor, or times when Superman is around and you see him catching bullets that would have otherwise hit Batman.)
In short except for his costume changing feats, nerve punches, and a few of his strength feats I think they are all very realistic.

What Batman does is impossible. Not even worldclass gymnasts would be able to do it more than a few minutes before getting to tired.

I think it depends how you train. Lance Armstrong and Decathalon althletes have hella endurance. So do those people who to cross ocean swimming.
I do think its bull that Batman does what he does with out supplements, proper sleep, or a proper diet though.

IF one takes a particular Batman adventure not too much that is impossible has occured. However over the course of this career? In the real world his body would be broken beyond repair.
