I think Dick was 8-10 and Tim was 15-16(no clue about Jason)

I think it's been stated that Dick was 12 and Tim was 14. I'm not sure about Jason, but I imagine he was a bit older than Dick -- 13 or 14.

Yeah Chapel, I guess I was wrong, man the DC universe is messed up. I mean in BW: Murderer? it says that Tim is 15, and he's been around for atleast two years as of then, so yeah I guess he was 13, and is only 16 now, but thats weird, I mean he was driving since he was 13 then.

Oh and Dick, well it was originally 12(Dark Victory/Robin Year One), but it was later retconned to 15(Nightwing Year One)

So yeah thats weird. Guess Dick was just short.

Nightwing stated in New Teen Titan's "The Judas Contract" that he was 8 years old when he first started as Robin. That storyline has the betrayal of Terra and the changing of Robin to Nightwing. It doesn't get more canon than that.



The reason Tim Drake was able to drive at such an early age is because he got a special license because his dad was in a wheel chair.

The age Dick began at has been very fluid over the years, shifting time and again.

well right now I got 2 sources that say 8. NTT the Judas Contract and Dick Graysons appearance in Zero Hour. He is also 8 in the frank miller stories. I will look for more.

It was retconned to Dick being in Middle School at the time, though he was taken in by Bruce Wayne like half a year before he actually became Robin, but in Robin Year One he's in middle school and is suppost to be 15. But keep in mind he was Robin for a few months before that AND was undr Bruce's care for even longer, so I'd say 14 at the youngest in Modern continuity. Now the old canon he was around 8.
