The Spectre's new host(speculation and spoilers)

Ok, so in GCPD # 39 we find out that Crispus Allen is murdered and after reading that, it got my mind going as to who the new host for the Spectre could be.

So here's my little idea..
Crispus Allen is the new host. He was murdered and it seems as if his murderer is going to get away with it.
And if you know anything about him, you'll know Crispus isn't one for vengeance, just justice so that would put him at odds with the Spectre's mission
How ironic would it be for the new Spectre's first mission to be taking care of Jim Corrigan

thats a great theory jim. i was thinking the new spectre would be jim corrigan himself because one the name, and two the cover that shows corrigan and says "spectre of death!" haha that might be a little to obvius though. but the new spectre i'd bet good money is coming from a character in gotham central

I'm pulling for Montoya myself. Lately, she's had just enough of the bad deeds mixed in with the good to make her a candidate, which is something I don't think that Allen has.
