What issues do The Hunt for Oracle, Big Guns, and On Razor's Edge carry? Include issues that might be from other series, such as Birds of Prey since Hunt for Oracle I know has some of BoP in it.

There was a female villain in red and yellow called lady vic in the storyline. Although I know nothing about her, try wikipedia.
