I think I just figured out who the main villain in Justice is. I believe it could be Doctor Destiny. Any thoughts on whether this revelation has any credence to the events that are unfolding?

Could be, but what's your reasoning?

Well in the first issue, all the main villains in the first issue shared a dream about the Justice League failing to save the world, and it is subsequently destroyed because they couldn't save humanity. Doctor Destiny has the power to shape dreams and make them feel realistic, to the point where he can manipulate his victims to do his bidding without knowing it.

As soon as I read your post, the bulb lit up. That makes a great deal of sense. And he has always been a League foe, more than any one member.

OTOH, this is supposed to be basically SuperFriends with modern sensibilities. Was he ever in the Super Friends cartoons? Would they bring him in if he wasn't? Either way, it is a good idea.

It has been ages since I saw the cartoon, but I really don't recall him being in the show.

He wasn't, but then again, neither was Captain Marvel. I think it's a good theory.
