I am too, but bummed with the bimonthly tag, but I'll live. The one I am most stoked for is Wetworks, loved that back in the day, just loved it.
The biggest question for me here is can Whilce Portacio and Talent Caldwell stay on schedule, or will be seeing lots of fill-in art?

Well, we know it's been coming for months... And I personally haven't been reading Captain Atom so I'm not as close to the material. The scheduling decisions aren't too surprising either.

We have known this was coming, but this was the first true confirmation of a complete revamp. Everything before is done, out the window, everything gets a new origin.

Well, given what they said they were doing with Wildcats and seeing them return to Fairchild & Co. in the promotions for the new Gen13, I kind of surmised that's what was going on. You're correct that it is confirmation though.
