Anyone else check out #1? Not what I was expecting, and I dig it. Hits the ground running, unlike Wetworks. Hope Talent can stay on schedule cuz he fits the book wonderfully.

I really liked this one! I must say Talent Caldwell is a great artist for this team. Since we haven't seen the original five in a while, I'm glad the comic did have a good amount of story for people who may not be familiar with the history behind Gen 13. A great jumping-on point for those who are interested! I hope this one lasts to be a nice, long run!

It was pretty good. It has some quintesential Simone moments.

But I didn't like the colours. At the beginning I couldn't read the dialogue on the screens, cuz they used black lettering on a dark back ground. I had to sit under a lamp to read it.

Co-signed. I haven't read a Gen13 comic in awhile but when I heard this was getting rebooted I had to get it. It was good they started from scratch. Unlike Wetworks which just assumed you know what the hell happened in the last series.

for the prologue, wow. so bad. i mean the scene was all right but either the colorer or the letterer did a terrible job. nearly impossible to read the top lines. hopefully they wont ever make that mistake again.

besides that, i never read gen13 before but im liking this. im sticking around, unless they make the same mistake again. comics should not hurt my eyes and head.

Huh, not saying anyone is wrong, but I was fine with the coloring, could read it fine. Anywho, like I said, great issue, looking forward to the series.

Alright, it was kinda hard to read the beginning part, I'll concede that. Other than that I thought Talent Caldwell did an awesome job! Hope he stays on for the long run....

Yeah I avoided this at first and it sold out rather quickly at my shop..it ended up picking it up at another shop while i was with friends since i was hearing pretty good things about it...

It went a different way than i expected and i was pleasantly surprised with it, not blown away, but ill prob will collect the first arc to feel it out...

First issue was okay. Still haven't decided if I'll get issue two or not. Probably depends in large part on what else comes out that week.
