If Clark knows he is going to be in a fight then he dismantles the armor at superspeed. If he doesn't then IM could have him on the ropes a few times.

If they just appear and fight, Clark wins 10/10.
With prep he might be able to get a couple of victories.

Movie Tony hasn't proven to be a prep-master. Resourceful, yes. Smart, yes. But still, he doesn't have much to throw that Clark can't shrug off.

The only way prep is going to any good for Tony is if he manages to get some meteor rocks. Repulsor rays aren't doing the trick.

Well if Tony is going to prep. How will he take out a guy who is pretty much a Superman. Welp, I'll just have to wait and see how he goes in the Avenger movie.
